london zoo or whipsnade for adults?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has been to both zoos and which you would recommend for 2 adults? Also do they do a lot of offers or is it mostly full price. Thanks :money:

I've not been to London Zoo for a while but have been to Whipsnade a few times. There is an offer of 10% off if you book online but hopefully you might be able to find something better.

It costs £21.00 per adult PLUS £20.00 to take your car in. You can pay £4 to park in the car park and walk/use their "steam train". If you choose to park and walk be aware that the it's quite a long way from one section to another and unless you have a car or use the steam train then you can't go throught the safari in Passage to Asia which is the best bit.

I personally think Whipsnade is tired, dirty, price gouging on the pretext of conservation but has some wonderful views of the countryside.

To be honest if you have a car then Woburn Safari is a better bet.
