Do I have grounds to sue my Bank?
Comments

Is this guy for real ?? - read his other posts about his missed payments - that appears to be the bank's fault too:rotfl:0

From another thread:I just think it's disgusting that companies can record information in such an unfair way and leave you unable to put forward your reasons why.
I'm 21 years of age, and this has possibly ruined my future (well for the next 6 years) all because of 3 silly missed payments of £20. How is this a true reflection of my financial situation when I know I can keep up payments.
What you said is very true, and just proves my point that your credit report can be interpreted any which way the person wants. It's not an accurate piece of information at all.
So he's 21 years old last August but has a son who is old enough to drive?!0 -

He did clarify that in one of the posts he has now deleted: apparently he was using his son's login.0 -
Fair enough
One wonders why the son needs a credit agreement for a new washer if living with his parent, but you never know! Not all families are the same.
Hope OP didn't hurt himself banging on the windows.0 -
so you broke your arm and your suddenly housebound...........Mmmmm who was wiping your !!!! for you during this traumatic time. I cannot believ how many people post on this forum that they have no access to their money and no food in to last them a day and suddenly every bill is due that day.
why would you need petrol if your housebound?
if it gets too cold put an extra jumper on.
you can survive like 28 days without food.
the only person who should feel guilty is yourself, for treating your son like your own personal !!!!!, when all you have is a broken arm. 2yrs ago i broke both my elbows 10 days later i was back at work on light duties, i wiped my own !!!! and could still drive, in fact there was !!!!!! all wrong with my legs.
rant over0 -

While I agree that the OP is being ridiculous, just because YOU were fine with 2 broken elbows doesn't mean everyone else has to be. You couldn't possibly know what levels of pain they may be in, it's different in every single person on the planet.0 -

I agree that every single person has a different pain barrier, but its clear that they could have visited the bank if they wanted to - in fact they did, when it was too late.
I had a broken leg once, but it didn't stop me from getting around and about. I just couldn't stand being at home all day. Couldn't drive a car, but I didn't have too many problems using public transport.0 -
Fair point, but the fact remains one minute he was "housebound" and moments later banging on the branch window and later ranting on here.0
-
i bet he broke his arm deliberatly in order to put a claim and get some money.........0
