But they're flogging the Meadowhall branch, which I don't suppose has many customers of its own, it's mostly used by customers of other branches calling in while shopping.
I agree, and for that reason most of the transactions will be unprofitable, -to Lloyds at least, e.g. mostly cash withdrawals. I doubt if they sell many loans or mortgages there. Lloyds are unlikely to miss the branch if they aren't making money from it.0 -
