Hi, I phoned them (0800 435562) click on Contact Us a the bottom of the page. Got directed to the Impulse person. I said I wanted to cancel my free bag as I didn't relise there was £2 p&p to pay and was told there is no charge for delivery, it is free.
Give them a ring if you want confirmation, it's free

Might sound like a silly question but if I don't reply to the confirmation text, will I still get charged? Or not?

Have filled in my details and submitted. Didn't realise you had to pay so if I don't text them does that mean I won't be charged?

Whoops! Just entered random numbers in the phone bit as I don't ever give out my phone number. Hope no-one has a number like 0771234567 or whatever I typed in!

They may not charge you p&p but they do charge you £2 for the text THEY send you to thank you for your order!!
