Free Impulse designer clutch bag (merged)

The hugely talented artist and fashion illustrator Daisy de Villeneuve, has teamed up with Impulse to create a classy 'pochette' for the girl about town. The fashionista, who shot to fame with an unforgettable collection for Topshop, has created a sexy little clutch to hold your Impulse body fragrance, a pack of gum and a lipgloss perfectly, so youll never be without those essentials that keep you feeling fresh and fantastic day and night. Now you can spark something wherever, whenever!

This is a cute little clutch bag, with New York, London and Paris motifs to mark the launch of Impulse's new City Collection range of fragrances.

Edited to add - it appears that they've changed the terms of the offer, and you will be sent a text message, which you need to reply to confirm to get the bag; this message will cost £2 to cover p&p, so this isn't completely free. This was changed after I applied for the bag, which I think is pretty sneaky, and they haven't sent me a message, but YMMV

Even though it says a gorgeous gift it doesn't mention free...

I am confused. When I first went on, and read the Terms and conditions is said NOTHING about £2p&P.

Just went on to the first link - it does not say anything about £2p&p - BUT of course the second link posted does!!!

The 'thank you' page that came up after I completed the form just says "you'll be sent a text message confirmation"; and the box to accept the terms doesn't seem to link to any terms. Could someone point me to the T&C's so I can read them?
Thanks, and sorry for posting this if it's not a genuine freebie!

Ahhhh ! after you submit the form online ,
you then have to text impulse to 57782
you then get a confirmation text back saying £2 will be added to your mobile bill and your order will be sent out
perhaps free sims with free credit will come in handy here
