Hello Fortyniner,

Welcome to the website. Being registered on the forums will not ensure you receive the "Money Tips" newsletter. If you look at the top of the page towards the left hand side there's a seperate box to enter your email to subscribe / unsubscribe to the newsletter.

It seems that your email, is already in Martin's Money Tips.

Its possible that the list owner already put your address in the list, or you just clicked your confirmation link twice.

You might want to e-mail the list owner at: MartinsMoneyTips@moneysavingexpert.com with your problem

Fortyniner,

If it states that your e-mail is already in the database but you are not receiving the tips then enter your e-mail into the field as shown above & select unsubscribe. You should receive confirmation of this. Once you have done this just re enter your e-mail address and select subscribe.

Hopefully this will resolve any database issues and ensure you receive future mailings.

You don't use any of the stated e-mail providers do you:

1. Hotmail
2. Yahoo
3. MSN
