Did you actually put any of those reference numbers into Google?
I did, it's amazing what shows up.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -
I did but ended up with several hundred hits non of which where actually what i needed! I have managed to get the rest of the acts together but im struggling with these.

Try OFT842
The first hit you get is a PDF of the report you wanted.
Try EDM 2227
The first hit is the one you wanted.

These are all on the CAG site ... have a look at their court bundle here (zip file). There are other reports available in their library :
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/33060-basic-court-bundle.html
By the way, have you been asked to produce a full disclosure list? If not, a straightforward index will probably suffice (see index at the front of the court bundle above).
Let me know if you still can't find anything and I'll try and help.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Mimi Jane i have already looked through this file on CAG and also the Library and there legislation forums but the County Courts act isnt actually included in the court bundle or in any of the other files. Or maybe it is and im just being thick! (It has been known......!) The Link Kurt Hamster gave me for it is fine but it only shows sections of the Act not the whole document.

You only actually need section 69 as that is the one that encompasses the small claims court statutory interest rulings.
Are you trying to use another part of it for something else?Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -
I wasnt sure if the whole act was needed for refernce or just the sub sections. I will just submitt section 69. Thanks again for your help.
