My VISA verify password is blocked

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of a blocked visa verify password? It happens when I buy stuff online from my own laptop. I have reset the password lots of times and this makes no difference. I have deleted recent history and cookies too. The IT department in my bank thinks it may be my mozilla firefox browser. It is so annoying!

Unlikely to be Firefox, it's my browser of choice and I have never yet had any problem using VbV.0

Do you use a password manager, such as LastPass?
One I used (not sure which) attempted to enter the three characters itself, but always got them wrong of course.
Entering the correct details was a bit of a pain. I had to highlight each character with the mouse and overtype what the password manager had entered.0 -

VbV has nothing to do with the bank. It is a Visa system. Your bank/card provider do have access to the backend to do assisted setup's. When people enter the wrong details and lock it.
More often that not the issue is between the retailer and visa.
It amazing the number of people who say I'm entering the correct one, yet the system shows incorrect password....Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
