Egg/Canada Square Operations

I've received a letter from Canada Square Operations saying I had PPI (which may have been mis-sold)on an Egg Loan. The letter has
a questionnaire to complete and return. It has my correct account details etc, and I think I was mis-sold PPI as I have always said that I would never consider PPI, and have never taken it out!

Is this letter legitimate (I suspect it is)?

If so, should I respond using the questionnaire, or should I do it independently? The letter does state that they do not take any commission.

Any help greatly received!

Cheers!

Doing it independently would be the same exact process, all you'd end up doing is printing off another copy of the same questionnaire to send off to Canada Square Operations.
