All inclusive package worries

Hi I booked a holiday through travel
Republic in march to utopia hotel and spa
Kefalonia. I booked all inclusive. Been on trip advisor
and really worried as people are saying the all inclusive
option has changed and is now only till 9:30pm and
doesn't include everything! When I booked it said till
11pm and included local produced spirits etc... When I now
look it doesn't even mention all inclusive option- have
checked my paperwork and says all inclusive but that's it
the hotel are stating that its actually what they call "soft" all
inclusive but it does not say this and did not say this when I booked!!

I am now unsure what to do as this is rubbish and I did not

You need to talk to Travel Republic, your problem is you have not booked a package but flights and hotels separately, so find out what TR think the changes are and if you consider them 'material' ask them to move you elsewhere. Whether they will nor not is a different matter as you will also discover from the paperwork that they will have booked the hotel through yet another company and your contract is never actually with TR itself
