Recently recicived an offer on our house and wonder what questions I should be asking the EA about the potential buyer?

Any info appreciated as i am new to all this

    For me I guess 2 main ones would be "Do they have a mortgage in principal?" and "What kind of chain are they in?"

    Yes you really need your EA to find out what kind of position the buyer is in.

    too many comps..not enough time!
