PPI offer - should I accept?

Hiya, another newbie on here :)

Received a letter from black horse yesterday offering ppi payment for a claim I have taken up with them (after they contacted me)

Happy with the amount but within the letter, it states they have also considered another loan and have found that ppi policy to have been sold fairly. I was not aware of another loan to include ppi!

My query - do I take this amount or am I within my rights to ask for an additional review into this second loan?

The amount offered includes calculations on both loans it says (excess balance and interest due).

I will attach a full copy of the few paragraphs included.

Thanks for any advice x

    Other Loans

As part of my review, I have also considered loan agreement (number) opened (date). I have fully considered these policies under the following headings: (Eligibility, Suitability etc)

Having considered the additional policy under the above categories, I am pleased to say that the failing(s) recognised which lead me to upholding your complaint about your other policy are not evident here.

In addition, I am unable to find any evidence to suggest that we did not act fairly and reasonably throughout the sale of this additional policy or to suggest that the documents provided at the time of the sale of this additional PPI policy was clear, fair and not misleading therefore allowing you to make a fully informed choice.

Overall my review of this additional policy has not highlighted any failings with the sale that would lead me to believe your decision to purchase the PPI policy would have changed.

As a result of this review, I am satisfied that there were no issues with the sale of the PPI attached to your personal loan opened (date). Therefore, no refund of premiums for these loads has been included in our offer. However, the loan has been included in our calculations to determine the correct amount of excess balance and interest due to you from the remaining loans in the chain.

They have already reveiwed the loan and found no failing. You can forward a compalint about the second loan to the FOS if you're unhappy with the outcome.

However, the loan has been included in our calculations to determine the correct amount of excess balance and interest due to you from the remaining loans in the chain.

They have given you the remaining PPI back that was left on the loans after the consolidations.
When you settled the first loan with the second you would have had a rebate of the PPI, they put the remaining PPI onto the next loan and so on, this is included in your offer, you have had full redress.

    Congrats on your win:T
