Are you sure you can't afford Leamington? How about this one? No downstairs loo at the moment, but you could fit one in if you steal a bit of kitchen, which you'd have the budget to do. (And it needs a serious magnolia make-over)

Urgh! Sorry. Just seems really dark and a yukky kitchen. Also it's down the wrong end of town for the oh. Lol. Dunno. Just doesn't push my buttons.

I can't post details of the ones I like?? Just get the right move query box up.

    Trying again. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41391857.html/nomsite?premiumA=true

I'm surprised you've been unable to find something suitable in Leam or Warwick. It is more expensive than Cov but there are plenty of 3 bed houses for sale around 200k, that seem to match your requirements on paper at least. Have you looked at the Woodloes in Warwick?

It's dark because the curtains at the back are shut, it has black carpet (who does that, seriously?) and hideous dark wallpaper/furniture. A coat of magnolia, removing the silly "leaded window" effect (it pulls off) and opening the curtains would work wonders! South facing garden too. But I'm biased, because having lived in Earlsdon, I wouldn't buy a house there. Even though it's one of the nicer parts.

In view of the comments I've highlighted, I think a search of Coventry will prove fruitless for you.

I can echo what others have said, been here for nearly 20 years - loved Earlsdon when I moved here, wouldnt dream of living there now.

Edit: 'the wrong part of town' will certainly apply to the house in Engleton Rd
