I opened the whole thing and there is a little box at the bottom of page 11 with a green outline - only on todays copy

Yes. The voucher is page 11 of 11 - just print that page out.

In the paper it says: "You can collect any combination of tokens from those printed in-paper and in TelegraphPM, as long as all four tokens are different"

Todays in-paper token is "Token five", the on-line version is "TelegraphPM May 23 2007" - I take these to be different.

Hi me again i got the coupon, and bought the paper today for the form its not with the coupon, do they only print the form on certain days ??

I managed to print the voucher from Telegraph PM, but its massive! Could anyone tell me how to make it print out smaller than A4 size?
