This might help. Depending on what your wife's other degree is she may get accreditation for prior learning.
I am still Nursing after 33 years

There is a calculator on NHS bursary website you could try. Also a calculator on the student loans website.
A lot is based on your salary to determine what she will be entitled too, I think (not certain) she would be classed as an independent (from mum) student based on her age alone.
Depending on your salary again she may be entitled to up to 85% of her salary. Only advice I can give is get all the forms filled in and wait to hear as the helpline to bursaries wont tell you straight.Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings

She will be entitled to half rate maintenance loan thru student finance (c£2.3k)
Plus bursary thru nhs. This is dependant on your income, jf you live together as a couple. As a rough guide look here

As Flea says, she'll get an NHS bursary. She would also get exemption from council tax if she lived alone, but no idea how that would work if you lived together.I have no signature.0

Normally, you can only get student finance once (with the exception of a one year false start, which does not apply here), so it depends on how she previously funded her education. You will normally be entitled to a 25% CT reduction, and the nhs bursary.
Hope her course goes well

Nursing is one of the courses that is exempt from the ELQ rules, so she should get funding.0
