Grey pop up - Scrip debugging???

I had to reload windows after a massive crash/problem (still not sure what happened).
I keep getting grey pop ups about scrip debugging when some pages open & it won't let you ignore it!!!! On no, you have to deal with it until its found all the bits it doesn't like before it will let you scroll or use the page!!!
Can anyone tell me how to stop or get rid of it?
PC also seems to be running slow on the internet (despite being quite new & high spec) any ideas on this as well?
But please help me get rid of the grey boxes:mad:
