Perhaps worth mentioning the fine print:
• Only 1 x £5 credit is applicable per booking.
• The £5 credit cannot be used in conjunction with token codes or any other promotion or offer.

Got there eventually - kept getting Unexplained Error when I added to basket but logged out and in again then it worked fine.

You should get a second email with a link in, for you to register with RSH. if your already registered with the same email as your clubcard account it states your voucher will be added automatically within 72 hours. Likely to be at least Mon-Tues now though I recon because of the weekend.

I've just changed my RSH email address to match my Tesco clubcard one. Hope that will mean I can get the voucher applied to that account - to join the other vouchers in there.
