Holiday needed for me, wife and nipper

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help out.

I'm after booking a holiday for me, the wife and the 3 year old nipper. Looking to go away sometime in July for 7 days. Thought about Cyprus / Malta / Italy / Majorca, Puerto Pollensa as we've been there before.

Would like a low rise hotel, half board and picturesque surrounding, kids club and to be able to fly from Manchester Airport.

Any recommendations?
