Just a big thank you to eveyone on this site who helped me with my parking "charge" with Parking Eye.
We're always so careful with parking but I accepted their letter and was on the verge of paying when I thought I'd just check MSE.
The fantastic advice I received gave me the confidence to appeal (I thought it was because we were 6 mins over - it took us 10 mins to get a ticket as no change).
My hubby also decided to recheck car and found ticket - there was still 10 mins to go but it did have the wrong year in reg.
ParkingEye accepted my appeal :jre incorrect reg - I didn't even know I had done it so how you prove you had a valid ticket if you've thrown it away I don't know!!!!!!!!
So thank you again to all out there - you know who you are :A

Well done!
I bet the letter from them had the old "as a gesture of goodwill" (like they have any?) line!!0 -
Your right "nelf" and to prevent it happening again please ensure the correct reg is put in next time. Slap on the wrist accepted!!!

The other way to prevent it happening again is to boycott the car park until whoever owns it tells Parking Lie to sling their hook.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us

Well done! Never pay a fake PCN from any company. Spread the word!
:T:T:TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
