buyer wanting a refund

Hi, I'm after some advice please. I don't sell much on ebay but am having a clear out. I recently sold something for the grand total of £7.50, it was the auction not BIN. I have received an email from the buyer asking for a refund. Here's the email:
Hello there!
Thank you for the speedy postage
I would however like to return this product for a full refund. Not including postage of course!
It is unopened and untouched!
Could you please reply with instructions
Thank you!
I'm a bit narked but asked what the problem was and she replied that it was too small.
My listing clearly states the size in the title and in the description.
Should I offer a refund?
Many thanks

Annoying, but they're not expecting you to refund postage and they're going to pay to send it back, so I'd accept it and move on.
Don't refund anything until you've received it back and are satisfied it's in the same condition you sold it. You may be able to make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder.0 -
I am wondering how she can know it's too small if it's 'unopened and untouched'

Was it brand new to start with or not? If not then you may as well as let her return if she's not expecting the postage back.0 -
Surprised they are even bothering...after time, effort and cost I would think sod itDon't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0

Hi, it was sealed in a see through package, but the title said 30ml and the description said 30ml and there was even a photo with the product that was 30ml....
I just want a quiet life, some buyers. I think this is a buyers mistake. Anyway I have offered a refund of £7.50 if she pays the p&p.MFW 2013 #146 Target £6000
