Barclays - quick question

Penny.

hi everyone, i have started the process of claiming back charges , i followed the advice from here and requested a list of transactions i think it was.

received it today and it is basically the last 6years of statements in a very small print , spreading across 131 pages (double sided)

i was under the impression id get the list of just charges as thats what the man told me on the phone when i called them, have they sent me the wrong thing or have i just got it wrong?

also i have no problem having to go through the pages but there are periods where it shows afew weeks at a time missing from these print outs, so how can i be sure im actually seeing all the charges because in afew of these places im sure there would be some,
