Do T staff get into trouble for overcharges resulting in DTD?

Feeling slightly guilty if they do as I got DTD on a large electrical item that was supposed to be RTC but went through as full price as no RtC labels over barcode ...

    Anon

Quoting myself, does anyone know the answer please? I didn't know whether an email to customer services would be in order as I feel a little sorry for the young checkout operator if they got into trouble. Though I am sure I will quickly bounce back and get over it .

In my defence (and the checkout operator's!) all previous RTCs in store have had the yellow RTC label over the barcode and this one didn't, despite there being a large poster on the side of the box. It is therefore not my fault they overcharged me (though I suppose I could have corrected them when they scanned the box ;)).

I may have to avoid that store for DTD for a while ... :o

    Many thanks

    Morning mad squad,

Had to do some skipping so don't know if I've missed much? Did anyone get any results with the 2for£4 dove stuff?

    Here's my golden nugget for today, it might be obvious to some but worth taking note of;

I went to sada last night just for some liquid refreshment, nothing else. My shopping trip was planned out - litre of sada vodka & 2xsada diet coke - simple. It was a get in get out get home type of plan but being part of the elite I was struggling to spend my money without some sort of bonus when it occurred to me I could have £1.50ish worth of "free stuff", litre sada vodka=£15.17 litre tosco vodka £15.20 so spend up to £1.50 on 6 items = free due to the APG. I quickly went for the 20p/10p sweet selection of mini flake, buttons, flump etc. of course you could have went with the COPS(carrot onion potatoe stockcube) type option but the point is NEVER will I just buy vodka and coke again without having an elite bonus. :D
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

Please could you vote for me as 2nd place is catching me up as I have discovered today she has been signing up to vote exchange groups on Facebook and getting more votes by voting for other people in comps and getting them to return the favour! So that's what my mission will be today but just a quick ask if you haven't yet or if your partners/kids/pets haven't please vote for me!

Kitchen roll looks good against S Elsie :)

    Morning folks.....

Don't think i'll have a chance to catch up the last 60 pages that i've missed since friday evening, but on a quick checkback I spotted this quote from TM ref my sainsbobs shop.

ASDA Strong & Absorbent Extra Long Kitchen Towels - 100 Sheets per Roll (2)
Yes, these are a great buy against sains just now, I usually buy them in my weekly A's shop anyway against S or T comparing about the £1.50-£1.60 mark usually, but to compare against £1 making them 90p just now is well worth stocking up.

Also, can someone help with this please? I have just looked at the lucoz carab/trop on msm. Says OOS for me at T''s for today, does this mean it won't compare? Anyone know the latest news on this as I was after some more so was going to pick some up today. On friday I looked but the shelf was empty..... and it wasn't caused by me as I only have 2 packs :o:(
    Thanks in advance. :D
