    Afternoon lovelies
just a call from TV licencing, it appears that my licence expired in april due to the fact that they refunded me when I mentioned they had too much of my money (suposed to have six months in advance was over seven).
Anyway this young lad started asking all sorts of security questions, I answered some but when he asked for my credit card details I explained that as he had called me I couldn't be sure who he was and if he wanted to hold I would renew on the website.
He got really angry (must be commission based) and started arguing about not being a risk.
I explained that as a senior bank clerk I deemed it a risk.
He started threatening me with all sorts and I then realised it was the person who rang me last year when they took too much money.
He of course denied it but I am pretty sure it was as he slammed the phone down then as he did this time.
So much for customer service, you'd have thought I had just committed a murder by his tone.

Hi Wendy, still catching up but I'm so
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: at the treatment you received, please please do complain as this person deserves a reprimand if not a warning.

    Thanks

Looks like i'll be buying £50 b&q vouchers in T, buying my bathroom floor tiles again for £52, get the £10 email and return the tiles using my original receipt from 2 weeks ago for cash :money:
I knew you'd find a way to make this work for you!
I am not young enough to know everything.

Bubbs, while your in Whitby area, pop over to Goathland, it is where Heartbeat was filmed, my DH parents live there, lovely little village, the pub does really nice meals, and it is exactly the same inside as in the show. And all the little shops are nice to go in aswell.

Sorry to quote this one again, but still can not find this on HUKD can someone give me a link to this.

It's a coupon to buy a single cornetto for 75p (not a money off coupon).

b/c ends 0008, so will not scan - will need SA to input difference between price of item and 75p.
