    Hi all,

    Well the results are in.....

Scan showed no active cancer :D

However, a large tumour that they have renamed 'scar tissue' remains. If it stays there at that size there is a fair chance of the Hodgkins relapsing :(The only way to reduce the tumour now is with radiotherapy which will significantly increase my risk of breast cancer :( There was a big meeting this morning discussing my case and my consultant and the 'experts' couldn't agree on the best course of action, so they have left it up to me to decide  They are arranging an appointment for me to discuss pros/cons and statistics to help with my choice.

I should really be concentrating on the fact that the cancer has gone but am struggling to celebrate at the moment. Such a big

Was really hoping to be put it all behind us but it seems i'm not at the finish line yet. Must plod on though.

Thanks for all of your support :A
I have no idea about all this, but if it was me and it would significantly increase testicular cancer say. I would be doing it no probs, if push comes to shove chop them off (with sedation obviously)more important things in life ;)
and if any of this has come across the wrong way it was not meant to.

Celebrate the good news, try to take a few days off from the worry, I know that is easier said than done. Then, as you say, plod on and that finish line will be here sooner than you thought.

    Sending positive thoughts,

Aaarrrghhh, kids, DS2 has bloomin broken his blackberry phone, after loosing it a few weeks ago, now broken the charging bit inside the phone, the little prong things, it wont charge up at all. Does anyone know if this can be repaired and how much it is likely to cost, or would I be better off buying a cheapo blackberry, he is on contract until Jan, so didnt want to pay alot, as I can see him saying he wants a different phone come then. Any help appreciated.

Glitch on Seabrook 6 pack crisps. These are £1.59 at As or 2 for £2.50. They are £1 at Ts. Multibuy not showing on APG. Ts don't stock all the flavours though so check first if buying!

    1 x Seabrook Crinkle Cut Sea Salted Crisps (6x25g) £1.59 £1.00
    1 x Seabrook Crinkle Cut Crisps Beefy (6x25g) £1.59 N/A

I had other multi buys but all showed In As favour

Its a fault with them if you google it youngest son had the same happen to his after giving him a [STRIKE]bollo[/STRIKE] constructive chat I realised it is a dodgy connection that does break. No doubt forcing the charger in on an angle etc does not help anyway he had insurance but I think it was about £50 if we had paid. Probably get it a lot cheaper if you look around though
