Well shopping tonight.
Trouted in first store over the toms voucher, first the supervisor said they didnt accept copys, then the manager said it wasnt printed well enough, and didnt comment when I told her I had bought the printer at tecsos, so did she suggest I returned it? So ended up leaving all my shopping at the checkout.
Missed out on 1p's because of my lack of research (:rotfl: dont even want any choc, but I want my first 1p item!). Went to next tesco, managed to get a pack of pasta with my voucher there, but also saw some lego keyrings, and had in the back of my mind that these were 1p also, but they were starwars ones, so didnt want to risk it.
Then went to morrisons to get a couple of pizzas, as I was sure they were the cheapest, didnt blaady stock them, so finally gave up, and have just had a stiff drink, and an enjoyable savvy stylee rant on FB to Tecsos. (see next post.)

So, have I waffled on a bit???
Post to tecsos on FB........................
Angry? Annoyed? I don’t think so.
Upset and distressed? Maybe.
Embarrassed? Confused? Definitely.
So, on a Friday night after work, before I start to relax for the evening I like to pop along to my friendly Tescos and get a few provisions.
I prefer going there than my nearer supermarkets, such as the one where they all go shopping in their onsies, and slap their back pockets, or the orange one full of penny millionaires, it feels, well more like home.
I loaded my basket up with some of the nice wares that are on offer, and proceeded to the checkout. Lovely girl was serving me, not my type, but none the less, very polite. I waited in anticipation of finally getting home and saying help to Mr. Jack, and Miss Coke whilst she beep beeped my goods.
When she had finished I handed over my Club card (saving up for something special) and a voucher I had printed off from the Tesco Real Food magazine, it was for some pasta I quite fancied (perhaps tossed with a dressing of pesto, and a few torn {not cut} basil leaves, and if I had any in the house, a few roasted pine nuts), the type of pasta was Parioli, and the voucher was for 50p.
Well, said check out operative said she was not sure if she could accept it, so she would have to call over a supervisor. No problem I replied.
After a wait that was longer than it would have taken me to whip up the said meal, she turned up, and proceeded to inform me that I could not use said voucher, as I had photocopied it! I did protest, and proceeded to inform the lady that it was printed from the Tecos on-line magazine. She then said that since the print copy was not good enough, she would not take it. So I asked her if she thought I should return the printer (which is very good by the way) back to Tescos, from where it came? Then she said she would get the manager.
After enough time for me to have devoured my fantastic meal (that I could not cook, because I was still at the checkout, holding up a few people) the manager also informed me that they did not take printed coupons.
It was at this time that Mr. Jack, and Miss. Coke started calling my name, I think to help take away the embarrassment that I was feeling, and to ward off the glares from the poor people I had held up.
Soooooooooo………. Could you please help me. Do you accept printed coupons from your own online magazine? And if not, could you please please please stop putting them in there please!
Many thanks

Hmm, you think?? I was going to do a post and see how many names from here I could get into the post, but that thought never hit me until I had almost finished typing it up. :rotfl:“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
