Feeling sad that FB has just told me off for requesting people as they haven't responded to my request thought regulars like Midwinter, Jumble Jack, Flo Flo, Nikki Lala etc would know who I am but there we are Just been warned not to send requests to those I don't know so sorry if I've upset anyone

Deciding whether to apply for post doc grant to try and buy me out of work a bit so not trying to do everything on top of job. Big relief really.

Scan went fine today Was all done by 10.15 so headed to Ikea for a bit of retail therapy :D Treated ourselves to a new dining table and chairs. Total impulse buy :eek: Luckily it matches our other furniture almost perfectly and has freed up a fair bit of space so all turned out well

Spotted a massive Asda next door so could not resist a little look around Had no idea of current As glitches/bargains though as never normally go so haven't been paying attention Did manage to use a few coupons though as that wallet comes everywhere with me

On one occasion we booked 3 trips, only intending to take one but the dates were depending on another's recovery from illness. Provided you cancel at least 24 hrs before outward flight you get Avios refunded within hours and the taxes within a few days.
