Hi all,

Got a PCN on 8 May 2013 for parking outside my house on a disabled bay.

Could you advise how to go about appealing the pcn?

Thanks.

Is it correct that I have 14 days to appeal from the date of the PCN?

Probably best to post this on https://www.pepipoo.com as they can help you as well, they will need to see images of both sides of your PCN , and any images of signs etc that you may have. A google streetview link would good also. If you read the sticky threads there it tells you how to all that .
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

The PCN tells you it all, so read the small print including on the back.

You have 28 days to appeal. It's just that if you appeal before 'day 14' the discount is probably re-offered (see back of PCN) so you may as well try.

But if you want to actually win this you'll usually need to take the appeal further and forget the discount. Pepipoo help most people win most PCN appeals.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
