Trust Funds for older offspring

After the divorce has taken place there is a sum of money to jointly put in trust for the boys. Aged 20 and 23. The money involved is £10,000 each to be held until they are 25! Any suggestions of where I might start looking to gain maximum interest and with no risk. I see a number of posts with hints for younger children and therefore invested for a longer time. This of course is not much use to me.
