I'd say it was worth knowing why they want to do this, and why you don't want to be included.
If they want to do this so that staff are easily recognisable to patients and visitors, that doesn't seem unreasonable - it can be helpful if you can look at a photo to work out who it was who said X to you, or which one was the very helpful member of staff.
If you have a vengeful ex on your trail, then it also doesn't seem unreasonable not to have your photo on display. Or you may have religious objections. Worth raising with your union?
I'd certainly want to pre-approve the photo ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Sorry but I cant see how any of that is relevant, having your photo on the wall in the ward is going to do no harm whatsoever, a photo is only an image of the real thing and the real thing will be working there day in day out, what do you suggest they do, go to work in disguise incase they get recognised.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

So why do they feel the need to put a "team" photo up on the wall, what will it achieve?
If the hospital has a website, then they may put the picture there for all to see. I have always been wary of this practice, and see it as another example of US influence here.
People should be allowed to have a reasonable say at work, particularly with something like this, which has no bearing at all on their ability to do their job well.0 -
Just wear a disguise for the photo i.e if male, grow a beard. If female ,colour your hair/wear reading glasses, wear bright lippy,whatever...Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

As a patient, I would be concerned that a hospital that doesn't respect the privacy of its staff isn't going to respect the privacy of its patients.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
