Credit report showing false arrangement to pay

Hey guys,
I would firstly like to apologise if this has been asked before or if I have posted this in the wrong section.
Today I checked my credit report out of curiosity however I noticed that one of my credit cards is showing as "Arrangement to Pay" 6 months ago. The thing is I've only just started using this card so this makes no sense! There's also a couple of "Settled" notes on there but I'm assuming that's not bad?
Anyway I've contacted Equifax about this and I will pop into my bank tomorrow to see why this was the case. I've also noticed that its showing that I'm not on the electoral register despite voting last year!...
I would be grateful if you guys could answer the following for me:
1. Should I be worried about this Arrangement to Pay?
2. What is the chance of this being removed from my report and will I need to contact all credit agencies?
3. What would be the most likely reason that I'm not showing as being on the electoral register?

Don't bother going into branch they will not know about your credit card - you need to speak directly to the bank's card services department, the contact details should be on their website or paper statement if you receive one.0

The slightest difference in name/address data could be the cause. Have you asked Equifax?
Will phone them up shortly
hopefully that's the case
UPDATE: Yeah that seemed to have been the case. My university registered me at my old halls address and as for the Arrangement to Pay HSBC informed me that I have not missed any payments so I need to open a dispute with Equifax0
