Hi jd...You need to quote kwh's per year. Monthly payments could include allsorts.
Figures here are at y/e 30 april. 1473 electric and 12667 gas... £67 p.m.0 -
The UK average is around 16,500kWh gas and 3,300kWh electricity, which is around £110 a month.

£136 a month, for a three-bed semi occupied by two people, also used as a full-time office.

I've used 3173 electricity kwh and 14096 gas kwh.
I'm in a 4 bed detached and pay £100 a month.0 -
3,200 electricity....12,900 gas...pay £79 per month...but that is a fixed deal for 2 1/2 years 18 months ago with EDF.

Annual Electric: ~11,000kWh
Average Monthly Payment: ~£900 -
I win so far.

£8-9pm of that is bloody electric showers; fortunately my new place won't have one. The year before last (when the cold weather didn't really start until the last week of November) I only used 3400 kWh gas. :eek:0 -

we are using £887 per year or £73.90 per month.
