Home worker insurance

My wife teaches languages at home - always one person at a time and for only 6 hours each week.
As people are visiting the home and paying for their lessons most household insurance policies exclude liability connected with this.
Anyone know a company which will cover such work? As the scale is so limited - 6 hours a week - a full scale business policy would be overkill.
