No it won't.

Because the change has to be 'fundamentally detrimental' to your contract.
1p on each out-of-bundle call is clearly not.

Their T&Cs just say you can cancel affected services if Virgin 'increase our charges under this agreement'. So I expect you could cancel the phone part of your package.
