Bought 2 candle LED bulbs in december and one failed the other day (okay not great but things do sometimes just fail early).
Thought oh dear here we go - as I purchased it on ebay it will be a nightmare and they will refuse to replace it (rights or no rights).
But I was pleasently surprised they asked for the invoice and then sent a replacement out quickly, no fuss. After all the horror stories you hear about ebay - it's nice for things to just happen the way they should.
