First utility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really need some help please. We moved into a new house in August 2010 and we were signed up with First Utility for gas and electricity, by september 2010 we realised that they were to expensive and we moved to eon in November 2010. To this day we are still receiving letters from First Utility saying we owe money for February 2011. Despite numerous phone calls to them they won't have it and we have asked for it in writing that we no longer have an account but have had no success.
Apart from banging our heads against a brick wall, what else can we do because they keep sending threatening letters regarding bailiffs!!

Were you still in a minimum term deal with FU when you left in 11/10, in which case an ETC would have been payable. Which tariff? What are they actually billing you for?No free lunch, and no free laptop
