the more you go into it the more you understand the need for "techno speak"

in my last post i said

"the first aid point would have 2 CRB checked persons,"

I realise what i didnt make clear was it wouldnt be the 1st aiders looking after, albiet why would i mention we would have two CRB checked people, unless the 1st aiders had to have a CRB, the 2nd point is we are using the council offices and they have several rooms on ground floor and coupled in with the pre school group. the possible lost children would then go to an area they already knew and were comfortable with.

I have though now been given a sample document, so at least i can see what they are asking for. TBH most is already in place, just needs to be documented in a set order.
