I have the chance of a free airport lounge pass for T1 or T2, only one problem.... I am flying from T3!

Is there one security check for all three terminals, or one for each? Or would I have to check in at T3, then walk to another part of the airport and back again?

Tried to look at the airport map but got confused.

Like many airports the separate terminals are separate buildings. I do not believe there is any way to get between the terminals once you have gone through security but before security there is a walkway between the three

Thanks, will find a bar in T3 and have an expensive pint instead!

InsideInsurance is correct - once airside there is no way to get from one terminal to another.

Out of interest, which lounges can you get a free pass? PM me if you don't want to be too "public"!

Hi Glen, it was part of an offer with Lounge Club via Amex. Had a pretty rubbish experience at one of the lounges and now in 'negotiations' for two free visits.

Only problem is, T3 is not on their list of lounges.

Have you actually checked with them? I see that The Escape is in all three terminals and they have it listed for T1 & T2 and so it could just be an oversight that T3 isnt listed (and Airport Angels and Priority Pass do list the same inc T3)

Was your complaint actually to Lounge Club or AmEx? If it was to AmEx they may be able to do something else for you given they do give free Priority Pass cards to their Platinum Card holders - though it would probably be cheaper for them to just refund the cost of a booking than messing about trying to get something organised.

T3 is very small with only one main bar area in a circle in the middle. there is a lounge upstairs but not sure if its airline linked or if its a multi usage. Once your through security you wont be able to go to another termial. also the other terminals are quite far apart in seperate buildings. I would double check which lounge it is in T3 and work from there.
