Windows update problem?

For about the past two weeks everytime I shutdown my laptop windows update wants in install a few updates. I have checked and all are updating sucessfully. It is just my machine?

Try going to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and deleting all files in there; that's the Windows Update cache.
That worked for me for a while but doesn't seem to help now. My PC has the same problem as yours.What will your verse be?
