Patio/block paving quote

Received this quote today, seems very good to me but wanted to get other peoples opinions. Based in the East Midlands too, for price referencing.

Block paving 28sqm patio area
Includes all excavation work, disposal of waste, materials, labour, payment on completion once happy, 5yr guarantee of all work done.
£1300

Works out around £46/sqm, which seems pretty good to me. I've seen his work too as he's done my parents patio area and driveway.

Opinions?

Not to worry, we've gone with the quote anyway, and changed from block paving to traditional slate flags option

For comparison, we've just had a quote for 60m2 drive block paved for £3300 and I'm near Coventry.

i got a quote of around £40/m2 so £46 is also good from someone who can rely upon in terms of quality
