Had a flex account, taken with what was then Girobank (subsequently Alliance and Leicester). When I opened this, I was told that I had to take out account insurance, which was £3 odd a month. Ran this account for years until 2 or 3 years ago. Question is, is there a claim to be made here, or is it way too old?
