Spot lights in false ceiling

Could anybody tell me how to connect spotlights to the main light fitting?
I have bought a box of five and they are all separate.

You need to connect them all together with the correct rated wire, which will probably be 1mm twin core and earth.

fitting downlighters
Wire them as the page describes and then connect the wires to the existing ceiling rose wires, you need to connect to the neutral and the switched live. If the fittings that you have do not need earthing then still run the wire and connect them together at the fittings, but don't connect it to the fittings- just incase you ever swap them for ones that do need earthing!0
