I have a list of photographic developing companies, gleaned from this site (but can't find it now) in which Foto.com say they develope 100 6x4 prints free. I selected 25 and went through the checkout and was charged 6p per print, £1.50. I emailed them to complain that this wasn't free, but they emailed back thinking it was a technical error and for me to look in Q&A's ?why.
To advertise free then charge is not a good thing and for it to be recommended on this site, does MSE no favours if they are going to treat customers this way.

You say you can't find the listing on MSE now? Offers change - you should always check the details before buying.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

When I say I can't find the listing, I meant the list of all companies that offer free prints with the first offer.
As for checking if the offer is still available, the companies home page shows 100 free prints with first order. BUT, having looked deeply into my history, it loos as though I've used this company before.
The Boots offer for 100 prints is a prime example. I have used Snapfish before, and when I placed my order with Boots, I was told I'd used Snapfish before and they are part of Boots, therefore I wasn't eligble. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Yes, of course you're right. As I don't normally scroll down on a daily basis to see if new threads/sections have been added, I wasn't aware of the one you mention.
My normal route is to click on PM then subscribed threads, to see if anyone has acknowledge anything I have posted. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
