Tell me what I need to bring with me... (& cheap places to purchase too)
- suncream / aftersun
- mosquito net / spray
- first aid stuff
- h20 purifying tablets
Help! I'm sure there are lots of you people out there who have been away and thought, ' Man if only I'd brought x y or z.' Thanks

dehydration tablets - boots

lockets (a must if doing lots of flights and you may get a cold etc, really help with the pressure build up on the planes)
sarong - this can be used as a blanet, a change of clothign, a head scarf when entering temples etc - ebay/hippy shop (get the large cotton ones not the fashion ones from M&S that don't conver half a bum cheek
wet ones - get a big pack from tescos - do not buy 'wet ones' as they are rubbish - get baby wipes
if you are back packing it a bit then take a peg or two, great for hanging up your clothes to dry but also for sealing up bags of chrisps etc

I've bought my mossie nets , first aid kits(with syringes - not cheap, but worth every penny), dental kit etc from Nomad .
Don't forget to take some para cord or string for your mossie nets and a plug !
Oh and a torch"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
