    dehydration tablets - boots

    imodium - boots

lockets (a must if doing lots of flights and you may get a cold etc, really help with the pressure build up on the planes)

sarong - this can be used as a blanet, a change of clothign, a head scarf when entering temples etc - ebay/hippy shop (get the large cotton ones not the fashion ones from M&S that don't conver half a bum cheek

wet ones - get a big pack from tescos - do not buy 'wet ones' as they are rubbish - get baby wipes

if you are back packing it a bit then take a peg or two, great for hanging up your clothes to dry but also for sealing up bags of chrisps etc

I always take my own seringes etc - places like Indai you cna not ensure that in the hospitals that their medical items are hyginic so you can buy specail kits from Halfords, they are about £20 and last a lifetime as long as they are not used

    lip balm

    vaseline

penknife - don't take it as carry on though

    sewing kit/safety pins

    torch

fun - this is usually free

I've bought my mossie nets , first aid kits(with syringes - not cheap, but worth every penny), dental kit etc from Nomad .

Don't forget to take some para cord or string for your mossie nets and a plug !

    Oh and a torch
