Dog with lots of white skin flakes.

Hi all, can you help me?
My bittch has two cuts on her back. I think, but I'm not 100% that these were caused by my dog. He gets on her back if you see what I mean.
Anyway I had some medicated shampoo, for fungal and bacteria, I used this right away to stop any infection. I was thinking of going to the vet the day after, however I saw a great improvement and it started to heal.
Move forward a few days and she now has lots of white skin around the same area, it's like a mixture of scab and what you can get in your hair when it's dry. I'm wondering is this normal when a dog heals and should I be worried.
She suffers allergy and has done so for a while now. Whilst we are trying various things, nothing resolves it immediately. I will be changing her food the end of this month and hope that will also help.
I use regular flea treatment and she has been wormed only a few days ago. (but after this condition)
I also have a problem wherby sometimes she will not come inside at night and today she wanted to go out so desperately, even though she had been outside all day - so probably didn't need the toilet.
Does anybody have any ideas if there is more to this, or if I'm being too cautious. I don't fancy another vet bill as we have only just recovered from the last (ear infection)
I will also note we have been away on holiday and my mother in law used plug in air freshner, we can't use these because of her and she didn't realise (even though she was told) Could this be the main issue, obviously they have all gone now.
But now I'm worried, but yet again I'm always worried about everything

Can you speak to your vet over the phone? With several issues and a dog prone to allergies, I'd really suggest a vet trip. E.g. the frequent need to go out could be down to a bladder infection - is she squatting to pee even if she only makes a teeny dribble, if that? Or is there any signs she's been sick, was she trying to eat grass, have her poos been solid or loose? One of mine gets quite distressed when he's poorly and races to the back door to be let out, he really doesn't like being sick indoors/within eyesight.0

None of the above really and she wasn't even using the toilet (if you know what I mean) when she went out.
So all quite strange. I'm going to see how she is when I get back and see if I need to make the call :-)0 -
Being as though she already has allergies, did she have a change of food whilst you have been away at all?

Maybe, but I don't know... She did have a lot of new air freshners and candles though!!! :-/0
