Online conveyancing quote different from paper quote

My partner and I have just had an offer accepted on a house :j
I got an online quote from a local solicitor and phoned them up to talk about it. They didn't ask me about everything in the quote, just the final price - I told them it, they checked the normal stuff like the purchase price, mortage lender, is it new build etc. (nothing I'd not entered for the online quote) and said my online quote 'sounded spot on'. So I decided to instruct them.
They've since sent me a paper copy but it's different to the quote I instructed them based on. The price is the same. - The main difference is that the online quote included environmental searches (at £60) but the paper quote does not. It's listed as an extra £60 on an extra services leaflet.
The paper quote includes a 'Dealing with lender' fee instead of the environmental search fee. There's some other rejigging too, and the introduction of an 'SDLT1 fee' (but this looks like it's cancelled out by other searches being less).
I've emailed them about it but I'm not sure where I stand
.
Have I been silly instructing them without a hard copy?
I hope they come back to me tomorrow saying they'll work to the first quote but what if they don't? Their name has already been given to the estate agent, and I'd rather not have to arrange things again and risk annoying the vendor and slowing things down.
Am I making a big deal about nothing? It's only an extra £60 on about a grand after all (but it makes me unsure whether I can trust them).
