Canada Square Operations Contact

I have had my PPI claim with egg upheld with Canada square operations on the 5th of March 2013 for 2 egg accounts which I was Mis sold PPI on and replied with a proof of address.

This was not one of the items on their list as I bank online so no bank statement and have no bills in my name as rent a room in a house so all bills paid by landlord.

So I got my bank to print out my account details with a copy of my driving license both of these items were signed by the bank, as proof of address and who I was as both to the house were I live.

I got a response from them saying this was not a valid proof of address which I thought was strange as driving licence photo ID and paper copy.

I had a good talk with my bank ( Halifax ) and managed to get to print me out a copy statement and sign it as this was a proof of address on the list. This was sent and again a letter come back saying not a valid proof of address.

I went back down my bank and again were very helpful and they posted statement out to me, which I then sent off again to Canada Square on the 15th April

I then received the original statement back in the post with no covering letter from the Canada Square Operations on the 24th April and no further contact.

I have a read through the threads to see if I could get a email or phone number to contact them on, As every letter sent to them had a covering letter with my phone number and email address to contact me if any problems. But no joy

I was hoping someone on here has managed to get hold of them other than by letter as now been 9 weeks since original contact.

Any Advice would be helpful
