    As Yorksboy states, get that pipe emptying into the drain, not onto the edge of it!

    Sorry about that, I've moved the pipe to clean the gulley for a photo, it normally sits inside the gulley. Also the pointing is to be one of the next items on my list. Any views on the tarmac repair?
