IMT credit reports!!!

Twice last month I noticed I had 2 dd of £19.95 taken from my bank account by Imt credit reports. Then today I have been refunded this money. I do not know what this is or why they have been taking money out of my account!
I have googled them and come up with Experian but cannot get in contact with them.
To my knowledge I have not signed up to any credit report company although the dd shows the last 4 digets of my bank card.
I have just phoned my bank lloyds tsb and they've just told me there's nothing they can do to stop the payments even though I have told them these are not autherised payments.
Can anyone please offer any advice?

Lloyds is talking rubbish as usual (like most banks with regards to continuous payment authorities).
Write to Lloyds telling them, again, that you want them to stop any future payments to that company and that Regulation 55 of the Payment Services Regulations 2009 gives you the right to cancel authority for any payment and your bank is obliged to follow your instructions. Send it recorded delivery.
If they then allow the payment to go out, you are entitled to an immediate refund. Again, by law. What will your verse be?

Maybe this lot: https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/ or one of its affilictes?
There's contact information, including an 0808 (freephone) number at https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/contact.php.
As matttye points out, Lloyds are talking rubbish. And if these really were authorised transactions Lloyd should refund you and then investigate.0 -
I have this number on my receipt from them, 08081 890346, UK i guess. Not sure yest if its a good number, but i will update when i get through to them.0

Been on any sites that have offered any free trials of discounts? When you sign up for the 10 day free trial, you provide us with a continuous payment authority for your nominated credit or debit card.
At the end of the trial period we will use this to collect your membership fee of £19.95 per month automatically from your card account and we will repeat this process on or about the same day each month.
If you do not wish to proceed with membership after the trial period you may cancel and if you call us during the 10 day trial period you will not be charged.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
The important thing is to write to Lloyds, thus giving you a paper trail should they continue to allow these transactions after you've notified them that they're unauthorised.0

If you haven't registered with them and you haven't received any emails or reports and they've got your debit card number, from somebody else apparently, I'd think about stopping the card.
I don't suppose they'll tell you who they think your card is registered to.
But you could be in a bad position if there were a fraud, because the bank can say you knew the card was compromised."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0 -
I have had the same problem and contacted the company. I have cancelled the direct debit and they have promised me a full refund. The phone number I contacted them on is 0808-189-0346. Hope this helps0
