Hi all
I've had a completed fixtures and fittings form and everything has been ticked including things that do not even exist in the house e.g dish washer.
Has anyone had this, I mean why would you tick everything including things u don't have.
Has this happened to anyone where when these things were not in the house gone through with a small claims court and been successful
Thank you peeps :j

I would tell my solicitor to speak with my buyer's solicitor, and get the vendor to redo it. You need something written down by them to say what is included in the price you're paying. I wouldn't risk turning up only to find the carpets, windows, fireplace and kitchen sink have gone, and the form they've filled out is meaningless.
I would think it'd be fairly easy to prove that things weren't in the house. Photos from the EA, EA's word, friends and family... if you showed a court a form where everything had been ticked, I'm sure it wouldn't take Einstein to work out that the sellers had messed the form up and you'd be done for all sorts of things by the court.
