THink ing that rate increases have been factored into many deals and that this 1 year bond looks cracking at 6.33%
anybody know any better or have advice. Are they regulated etc??

It's certainly significantly over current 1 year savings swap rates! Swap rates still seem to be on the rise so there may be better deals to come IF someone wants to raise some funds that way. I'd be happy to take it if i had money to invest though.0

Can't see that there is any. If you're in the market for a FRB I'd go for it in all honesty. Maybe there will be a better rate next week, maybe there won't. Either way it's still a very good rate.0

Looks like the Bank of Cyprus ship has sailed. No longer listed on MoneyFacts. However West Brom BS and Birmingham Midshires have gone out with 6.36% and 6.35% respectively!0
